The Investment Opportunity
A choice of accommodation is available from level 2 up to and including the executive levels offering a guaranteed income return of 5% nett until June 2015. Purchasers also have the option to choose a 4% nett return with up to 30 days owner occupancy through to June 2015. Park Plaza Hotels Europe will manage, let and maintain your suite during the guaranteed income period and will continue to do so in accordance with a 25 year agreement.
